This recipe is so easy and simple to make. You can literally make it in 5 minutes, which is amazing but also pretty dangerous 😋

Chocolate Granola Bark



1/2 cup nut butter (almond butter, peanut butter etc)
1/2 cup Blue Coconut Coconut Oil
1/4 cup cacao powder or 100% cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
2 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 cup of YUM SuperSeed Granola Clusters



  1. In a medium sized bowl, mix together all of the ingredients except for the granola. Pour the chocolate into a baking paper lined container. Sprinkle the granola over the top.
  2. Freeze for at least 1 hour or until set.
  3. Roughly chop the granola bark and store in an air tight container in the freezer.

    Makes approx 16 pieces
