One ingredient. Three industries. Supplied from the Pacific.
Blue Coconut supplies refined coconut oil and MCT oil to New Zealand kitchens and food producers, to massage clinics and spas, and to the shops that stock it. Neutral in aroma, stable on the shelf, and nothing in it but coconut.
Sourced through village communities from Rabaul in the north to Vanuatu, Samoa and Fiji.
Clay filter refined locally, which is what gives the oil its neutral profile.
Produced under Australian and New Zealand certified and licensed food safety HACCP rules.
- Single ingredient
- No synthetic stabilisers
- Neutral aroma
- Naturally oxidation stable
- Rich in lauric acid
- Plant based
The same oil, for three very different jobs
Most of our trade customers fall into one of three key industries. The reasons to stock it are not the same.

Food & hospitality
It does not taste of coconut
Because it is clay filter refined rather than virgin, the aroma and flavour are neutral. You can use it across a menu or a production run without it announcing itself in the finished product.
It holds up in storage
Coconut oil resists oxidation better than many alternative oils, which means less waste at the back of the store and fewer batches written off.
A clean label with one line on it
One ingredient, no synthetic stabilisers. If you are reformulating away from additives or writing a shorter ingredient list, that is the whole conversation.
Volume that suits a kitchen or a plant
The 20 litre commercial pail is built for production and high-volume kitchens; the 4 litre suits a café or a small batch line. You are not forced into a drum to get a trade rate.

Massage & wellness
Long slip, less product
Excellent spreadability and long-lasting slip mean therapists reapply less often. Lower usage per treatment brings down your cost per massage without the client noticing anything but a better treatment.
One ingredient, fewer reactions
A single-ingredient oil with no synthetic stabilisers is easier to work with across a mixed client list. As with any topical product, patch test before treating sensitive skin.
No competing fragrance
Refined rather than virgin, so it does not carry the strong coconut smell that gets in the way of an aromatherapy blend or a fragrance-free treatment room. It works well as a carrier oil.
It earns its shelf space twice
The same oil covers massage, body treatments, scalp and hair masks, and moisturising rituals. Clinics stocking one product instead of four is a real saving on both cost and storage.

Retail stockists
It sells to two different shoppers
One product, two reasons to buy. Customers pick it up for cooking, and they pick it up for skin, hair and oil pulling. That widens the pool for a single facing and makes it a rare item that works in the grocery aisle and the wellness aisle alike.
No chiller, no shrink
Ambient storage, long shelf life and a fat that resists oxidation. It sets solid when cold and turns liquid when warm - both normal, neither affects quality - so seasonal temperature swings don't cost you stock.
The story does work on the shelf
Every tub carries a batch number a customer can enter on our site to find which Pacific Island their oil came from. That's a shelf-talker, a social post and a staff talking point, and it's the kind of provenance an opening price point commodity coconut oil can't answer.
Range beyond the pantry aisle
Cocopet and Equine open up pet, vet and rural retail alongside the food range - useful if you're a rural supplies store, a health shop with a pet section, or a stockist looking for a second category from one supplier.
