Raw chocolate coconut balls or slice recipe from the Auckland Food Show – Recipe created by Chloe Moir Nutrition
Ingredients:
- 1 + 1/2 cup nuts (We used almonds, cashews, walnuts)
- 3 Tbsp cacao powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 cup dates
- 2 Tbsp Blue Coconut Oil
- 1 Tbsp Niulife Organic coconut butter
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup Niulife Organic shredded coconut for sprinkling on slice or rolling into balls
Directions:
Blend all ingredients and roll into balls. Alternatively you can press the mixture into a lined container, freeze for an hour and slice once firm.
