For a delicious snack that tastes like dessert, looks like dessert but is actually high in protein and healthy fats, AND it’s gluten, dairy and refined sugar free….try this Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Slice!

 

Peanut Butter Choc Protein Slice

Ingredients:

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup protein powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp maple syrup

Choc Topping:
2 Tbsp peanut butter
2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp cacao powder

Instructions:

  1. First make the base by mixing all the ingredients together.
  2. Pour and spread into a lined loaf tin and set aside.
  3. Make the chocolate topping by mixing all the ingredients together. Pour the chocolate over the base and place in the freezer to set for an hour.
  4. Slice into bars and enjoy! Best kept in the freezer.
