Peanut Butter Choc Protein Slice
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup protein powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp peanut butter
2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp cacao powder
- First make the base by mixing all the ingredients together.
- Pour and spread into a lined loaf tin and set aside.
- Make the chocolate topping by mixing all the ingredients together. Pour the chocolate over the base and place in the freezer to set for an hour.
- Slice into bars and enjoy! Best kept in the freezer.
