Peanut Butter Bliss Balls
Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanuts, roasted and unsalted
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup mixed nuts & seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
3 Tbsp peanut butter
2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
½ cup dates
Instructions:
1. Using a blender or food processor, blend the peanuts, coconut, nuts, seeds, cinnamon and sea salt into a fine crumb.
2. Add the peanut butter, coconut oil and dates then pulse to combine.
3. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball then roll each ball in coconut.
4. Store the bliss balls in the fridge or freezer.
Makes approx 10 bliss balls
