Easy to make, nutritious and absolutely delicious! If you love a good healthy treat then this Choc Macadamia Fudge is for you.
1/4 cup macadamia nuts, roasted
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter (or any other nut butter)
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
2 tsp cacao powder
2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
In a medium bowl add all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a lined loaf tin and leave to set in the fridge for 1-2 hours until firm before slicing. Best stored in the fridge or freezer.
