1 tsp vanilla extract

- In a medium, microwave-safe bowl, combine the coconut oil and peanut butter. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds. Remove, stir and place back in the microwave and repeat until completely melted.
- Add the cinnamon, vanilla, MCT oil and maple syrup and whisk until combined. Evenly distribute the into the prepared mini muffin tins, leaving about 2 Tbsp left over. Mix in the cacao powder with the remaining mixture. Pout this over the top of each bite.
