Ingredients:
3/4 cup milk of your choice (e.g. almond, oat, coconut)
1 tsp maple syrup, honey or stevia
1 tsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
Pinch of black pepper
Instructions:
1. Place everything into a high speed blender and blend.
2. Pour into a saucepan and heat over medium to high heat whisking until warm.
3. Pour into a mug and enjoy.
