Creamy Coconut Porridge

This Creamy Coconut Porridge is sure to hit the spot on these cold winter mornings! Serve it topped with your favourite fruit, a sprinkle of cinnamon and spoonful of nut butter.

 

Creamy Coconut Porridge

Ingredients:

½ cup oats
¾ cup water
¼ cup coconut milk or cream
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 heap Tbsp frozen blueberries
½ banana, sliced
Sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Simply add the oats, water, coconut milk and coconut oil to a saucepan and allow it to heat for about 3-5 minutes, until the liquid has all been absorbed.
  2. Pour the porridge into a bowl, top with peanut butter, banana, berries and cinnamon.

Serves 1
