Creamy Coconut Oil Porridge

This Creamy Coconut Porridge is sure to hit the spot on these cold winter mornings! Serve it topped with your favourite fruits, nuts, berries, sprinkle of cinnamon or yoghurt.

Creamy Coconut Oil Porridge


1 cup oats
2 1/2 cups water 
handful of goji berries 
handful of organic sultanas 
handful of pumpkin seeds 
2 Tbsp Blue Coconut oil 
1 Tbsp chia seeds 
1 Tbsp honey 
1 Tbsp brewer’s yeast 
½ tsp cinnamon 
1/2 cup milk 
Greek yoghurt, nuts & berries to serve


  1. Put oats, water, goji berries, sultanas, pumpkin seeds, coconut oil and chia seeds in a saucepan over a medium heat and bring to a simmer, stirring. Add in honey, brewer’s yeast and cinnamon.

  2. As the mixture thickens and absorbs the water, add in milk while continuing to stir to prevent the porridge from sticking to the pot.

  3. Take off the heat and pour into bowls.

  4. Add your favourite fruits, nuts, berries, sprinkle of cinnamon and/or yoghurt.
