Impress the kids with this Cranberry & Granola Yoghurt Bark as their afternoon snack. We love how easy and adaptable this recipe is. You can use Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt to make it dairy-free. We used dried cranberries and paleo granola but you can top your bark with any other yummy ingredients that you have in your kitchen!
Cranberry & Granola Yoghurt Bark
1 cup Greek or coconut yoghurt
2 Tbsp honey
½ tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
¼ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup granola
- Mix together all the ingredients except for the cranberries and granola.
- Pour the yoghurt into a baking paper-lined container. Sprinkle the cranberries and granola over the top.
- Freeze for 2 hours or until set. Slice into bite-sized pieces.
