I think we can all agree, right now, we all need some snacks in the fridge that are both yummy and healthy to keep us going while working from home. These Cookie Dough Raw Balls are super quick to make and are a snack that will satisfy the whole family!
Cookie Dough Raw Balls
Ingredients:
1 cup ground almonds
½ cup oats
½ tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
2 Tbsp peanut butter
¼ c coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup choc chips
Instructions:

Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine. Work the mixture with your hands until it forms a dough.

Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls. Place the balls into the fridge to set.
