Here is an easy and yummy recipe to make your own Matcha Latte at home. We’ve added coconut oil and coconut butter to make the perfect sweet, creamy and nutritious matcha drink.
Coconut Matcha Latte
250ml of boiling water (should be around 80 degrees celcius)
1/2 a teaspoon of Matcha powder
1/2 a teaspoon of maple syrup (or other natural sweetener such as coconut nectar, rice malt syrup or coconut sugar)
1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon of coconut butter or other nut butter
1 tsp coconut oil
1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 20 seconds until well combined.
2. Pour into a mug and enjoy!
