Coconut Hot Chocolate
¼ cup coconut cream
2 cup unsweetened nut milk
2 Tbsp coconut oil
2 Tbsp cacao powder (or use carob for caffeine free)
1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup (add to taste)
Pinch of cinnamon
- Place all ingredients in a pot and gently heat on medium heat until all ingredients have melted and the mixture is hot.
- Taste and add any extra sweetener if required.
