Coconut & Cashew Fudge

Taking a moment to sit down and enjoy a piece of this Coconut & Cashew Nut Fudge that we whipped up using 4 ingredients in 5 minutes! It contains no condensed milk, butter or refined sugar like traditional recipes do. Instead it’s made of coconut oil, coconut butter, cashew nut butter and 100% natural maple syrup.

Coconut & Cashew Fudge

Ingredients:

¼ cup cashew nut butter
¼ cup coconut oil
¼ cup coconut butter
2 Tbsp maple syrup (could swap for stevia and make this slice keto)
½ tsp vanilla

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients together in small saucepan and place on the element on low heat. 
  2. Stir continuously until everything has dissolved together. This won't take long! 
  3. Pour into a baking-paper lined container and leave to set in the freezer for an hour or the fridge for 3 hours before slicing.
