These Chocolate Dipped Protein Balls are the perfect high protein snack, and a good way to get your chocolate fix! 😋
Ingredients:
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup shredded coconut
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup sunflower seeds
3 Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp all-natural protein powder
2 Tbsp coconut oil
¼ cup dates
Chocolate:
2 Tbsp peanut butter
2 Tbsp cup Blue Coconut coconut oil, melted
1 Tbsp cacao powder (or use 100% cocoa powder)
½ - 1 Tbsp maple syrup (or your preferred sweetener e.g. honey)
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend until the mixture comes together.
2. Take 1 Tbsp of the mixture, and roll it into a ball. Place the balls in the freezer while you make the chocolate.
3. In a bowl, mix together all of the chocolate ingredients. Take one ball and dip it in the chocolate. If the balls are frozen then the chocolate will set instantly.
4. Store in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for up to a month.
