Chocolate Bliss Balls

Satisfy those 3pm cravings with these Chocolate Bliss Balls. They are made with nuts, seeds and coconut which will provide your body with a protein and healthy fat boost. And the addition of dates and cacao powder make them sweet and decadent. You would never guess they are a healthy everyday snack!

Chocolate Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

1/2 cup almonds
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup cashews
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup desiccated coconut
3 Tbsp cacao powder
1/2 cup dates
3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
½ tsp vanilla
1/4 cup dried cranberries

Instructions:

  1. Soak the dates in boiling water for 5 minutes to soften. Drain well.
  2. Add all the nuts, seeds, coconut and cacao powder to the food processor or high-powered blender. Process into a crumb.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse to combine.
  4. Take 1 Tbsp of mixture, shape and roll it into a ball. Store in the fridge or freezer.
