This chocolate bark recipe is so easy to make and made with staple and simple ingredients that you likely already have in your pantry. The recipe is also super versatile. Use the chocolate recipe as the base then add your favouirte toppings. We’ve topped it with our favourite Paleo granola!
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup Blue Coconut Coconut Oil, melted
1/4 cup cacao powder or 100% cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 cup of your favourite granola
1. In a medium sized bowl, mix together all of the ingredients except for the granola. Pour the chocolate into a baking paper lined container. Sprinkle the granola over the top.
2. Freeze for at least 1 hour or until set.
3. Roughly chop and store in an air tight container in the freezer.
