The recipe is packed with dates, coconut oil, cacao and peanut butter. They’re quick and easy to make and last for ages in the freezer. Perfect for school lunches, afternoon tea, work lunches or an after dinner treat without the guilt.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup dates
1 tsp vanila extract
2 Tbsp coconut oil
2 Tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup roasted peanuts

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until it forms clumps (add more coconut oil if the mixture is too dry).
  2. Roll into snack sized balls and refrigerate.
  3. The bliss balls are ready to eat straight away, but will firm up more in the fridge.
