For a soft, delicious cookie that is easy to make and loaded with goodness, look no further than these Banana, Sultana and Oat Cookies! They make the perfect morning tea together with a coffee or a great afternoon snack for the kids.
1 ripe banana, mashed
2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanila extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup oats
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup raisins
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celcius and line an oven tray with baking paper.
- In a medium bowl, mash the banana, add the coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla. Mix well to combine.
- Add all the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Drop the cookie dough into 15 round scoops onto the prepared oven tray. Flatten using a fork. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Take out of the oven and leave the cookies on the tray for 10minutes before placing on a wire rack to cool.
