Banana, Sultana & Oat Cookies

For a soft, delicious cookie that is easy to make and loaded with goodness, look no further than these Banana, Sultana and Oat Cookies! They make the perfect morning tea together with a coffee or a great afternoon snack for the kids. 


1 ripe banana, mashed
2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanila extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1  cup oats
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup raisins


  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celcius and line an oven tray with baking paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mash the banana, add the coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla. Mix well to combine.
  3. Add all the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Drop the cookie dough into 15 round scoops onto the prepared oven tray. Flatten using a fork. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Take out of the oven and leave the cookies on the tray for 10minutes before placing on a wire rack to cool.
