Ingredients:
2 small granny smith apples, peeled and diced
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup unsweetened Greek yoghurt
1/4 cup of your favourite granola (we like Yum Granola NZ)
1 Tbsp dried cranberries
Instructions:
In a medium sized pan over medium heat, add coconut oil and diced apples. Saute for 1 minute. Add the cinnamon and stir to combine for 8-10 minutes until apples are soft. Remove from stove and set aside to cool.
In a small glass, add 2 Tbsp of apple mixture, 2 Tbsp of Greek yoghurt, 2 Tbsp of Granola. Repeat for the other glass. Top with dried cranberries.
